Cancellation Policy

Unicorn Family Care – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 

Effective Date: 2025-02-07

 

1. Cancelling Your Booking

 

All bookings are final, and refunds are not provided. If you need to cancel, we require notice as early as possible. Cancellation credits may be issued based on the notice period:

 

72+ hours before the start time: 50% credit toward a future booking (valid for 6 months).

 

48–72 hours before the start time: 25% credit toward a future booking (valid for 6 months).

 

Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show: No credit provided; the full service fee is retained.


 

2. Rescheduling Your Booking

 

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee:

 

72+ hours before the start time: Rescheduling is allowed with a $25 change fee.

 

48–72 hours before the start time: Rescheduling is allowed with a 50% rebooking fee of the total service cost.

 

Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show: Rescheduling is not allowed, and the full service fee is retained. A new booking is required.


 

To maintain our high-quality service, all reschedules and cancellations must be requested in writing.
